“Annual AIDS Benefit” at the Krakow Witkin Gallery

  • Boston, MA 02119 USA (map)

Krakow Witkin Gallery is proud to announce the online Annual AIDS Benefit.

As in past years, the benefit goes live at exactly 10 am EST on Saturday, December 2, in support of World AIDS Day.

The benefit will be entirely online here.

Krakow Witkin Gallery began organizing the annual AIDS Benefit auction at the height of the AIDS epidemic in 1989. Over thirty-four years, the generosity of both the artists and purchasers of the works have combined to make an incredible gesture that has been overwhelmingly appreciated.  100% of the proceeds go toward assisting children infected with HIV, AIDS and their families.  Since this benefit began, we have raised over a million dollars!

Works are first made visible on the website on Saturday, December 2, at 10am EST. Once the site goes live, one can browse all the artworks but none are visible before 10 am on the 2nd. Works of art in this exhibition have been generously donated by the artists. Each work is available for a $350 donation.
