“Annual AIDS Benefit Auction" at the Krakow Witkin Gallery

  • Boston, MA 02119 USA (map)

For thirty-three years, Krakow Witkin Gallery has been organizing a benefit to raise funds for the The Dimock Community Health Center in Roxbury/Jamaica Plain. The benefit began at the height of the AIDS epidemic in 1989 and the program that the funds have gone to is The Boston Pediatric/Family AIDS Project which is run by Dimock.

The benefit will go live as of 10am on Saturday, November 26th (the Saturday before December 1, World AIDS Day) but not beforehand (making it fair and even to all).

This year, the benefit will be entirely online here.

Once the site goes live, one can browse all the artworks (but none are visible before 10am on the 26th).

For more information on how the benefit works, or call the gallery for further information 617 262 4490.
